Hello..my baby is 5 months old...she has fever 100.. and no cold or cough...her head is hot and rest of the body is warm comparatively .Please advise..I'm giving her crocin drops n feed more..

A. in small babies naturally the head will be having more heat compared to other body parts because of a larger surface area and access to blood supply if the temperature in axilla is more than hundred degrees you had to treat with paracetamol drops
