My baby will complete 6 months after 5 days Shell I start to give semi solid food if yes please advise me what to give first and she’ll I give water also and which vegetables and fruits are good to give

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. better to wIt a month more to start complementary food n water. Continue breastmilk or formual milk till six months..as your babies digestive system is not well Mature before 6 month.
