my baby who is almost 5 month old is suffering from cold and cough, finding it difficult for breathing and coughing is also there so what medicine should we provide him? And also any medicine for teething as he is continuously taking hand in his mouth due to irritation

A. hi kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 3-6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. keep checking for the signs of teething and wait for some time
