Q.

My baby who is 4 months old often spits up fresh milk while feeding. Can it be because of gas?Is it because I eat food that produces gas. If yes, what is the diet I need to follow?

A. It might be due to weak digestion so give bonnisan drops to the baby to improve digestion and always burp your baby after feeding and during day time give tummy time to baby
