my baby who is 1.5yr old, had been suffering from fever and cold.. i consulted dr and continued with the prescribed medicines.. its been 5 days now.. no cold now.. and fever wont be at day tym but get worse during night.. i have been giving her dolo 120 mg.. why the gever raise high during night time? can i use ibugesic plus ?

A. hello this can be due to any fluid balance action in changing climate for you fever we should give paracetamol drop to baby and also cold sponging can be done if fever is high
