NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can go with small size of diaper and you should better take a trial on it and then decide if it is comfortable and if you notice any elastic mark then go with medium size otherwise small size should be suffition and use a breathable diaper like babyhug
