To support healthy weight gain, focus on nutrient-dense foods rather than increasing portion sizes. Include ghee in meals, offer boiled eggs, mashed potatoes, full-fat curd, and ragi porridge. Avoid filling their stomach with water or juices right before mealtime, and keep mealtime stress-free without force-feeding.
