my baby weight is not gaining he is 3 month old now .. but he is very active .. what should I do for his health?

What was the birth weight of your child that you have not mentioned as it is important for the child to show a gain of 500 g in a month if that is not happening then the child is underweight so I would recommend you to start giving formula milk but first you consult your doctor and then you started but that is going to elevate the growth and weight of your child
