Q.

My baby weight is 8.90gm is it ok?? Please suggest how to increase weight as she did not eat food. I give her normal cerelac powder. Please provide any other kind of powder or something that help me to increase her weight.

A. Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians' suggestion before you start any of these foods.
