Depends on the fitting as well, so you can give it a try , as the body structure also varies as such , so get a smaller pack and try it out , if it isnt leaking as well on passing urine,

Yeah that is not a problem because then I hope you are going for a tape style diaper because that way you’ll be able to adjust the tape according to the waist size of the child and it is not going to leave so make sure that you choose the right size and tie it up properly
