my baby weight is 5.3kg but all are telling it's too low and he is thin he is only breastfed

give only breastmilk till completion of six months.

Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
