Q.

my baby weight is 2.6. 1 and half month baby. Have to put vaccine for 45th day which vaccine should we have to put. fever vaccine or not fever vaccine

A. Hi Hi and good morning painless vaccination contains acellular components of Pertussis which causes lesser side effects compared to painful vaccine Both are effective though IAP prefers use of painful vaccine for primary series of immunization but the chances of side effects are less with painless ones consult Paediatrician

A. Hello mom There are two type of vaccines one is painless and another is painful. Both are equally effective. The only difference is of cost. Painless vaccines are more costlier comparatively too painful vaccines. So you have to decide and continue with the same vaccine all the time. After getting painful vaccine baby suffer with fever and after painless baby doesn’t. Stay home stay safe
