Q.

My baby was severe IUGR as I had preeclampsia. He was born at 31 weeks with birth weight of 1.1 kg. He is now 7 months 8 days old actual and 5 months 8 days old adjusted. He has not started rolling or sitting till now. Otherwise he is active. Should I consult a doctor?

A. A child normally learns to sit by the age of eight months but since your child is premature maybe your child can learn to sit by the time of 9 to 10 months also but since your child and I had another issue also I would suggest you to have a proper physical assessment they will be able to give you proper proper clarity on this
