my baby was having high fever ,he was hospitalized for 3 days ,after coming home he behaves different,he is having more aggression, hitting everyone

It could be associated with the medication that has been given to the child because when the child is on heavy medication sometimes these things can happen you just have to calm your child and also check if the haemoglobin levels in the body are proper or not
