My baby was born with good hair on scalp but I see bald patches now, he is 3 months old

A. hi , its perfectly normal for infants to lose hair upto 6 months of age. all hair in infants are in different growth phases. it will take variable time, sometimes even 2 yrs to grow head full of hair in babies. so don't worry. .

A. hi patches are formed by sleeping in same position. so try to alter position when your child is sleeping apply coconut oil daily on your child hair. wash your child's hair with mild shampoo. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
