My baby was born Premature and now he is 8months old. No tooth yet. Is it a matter of concern?

No your child usually gets a first teeth by the age of 17 months so it’s not a delay you have enough time left for it even if it is a premature child it is not necessary that they’ll have a delay in reaching any kind of a milestone so as of now this is totally normal
