My baby was born on 26 August 2024 ..He is iugr baby his birth weight is 2390 grams.. Now he is 18 days old his weight around 2.8 kg is it fine? And my second concern is that do iugr baby have autism prob in future ?

A. it is fine.. dear stay positive ...nothing that baby wl be autistic.. babies generally gains around 500 to 800 g per month..and should double the birth wt at 6 mnths and three times the birth wt at completing one yr...
