my baby was 6 months completed and he is a preterm baby shalle I star food to him

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, yes, since your baby has already completed 6 months, you can start giving top food. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Yup Your child is six months complete yes you can go ahead with that because this is the correct age for you to go for it anyways when is the child is preterm or full term it has to be six months completion only before you go ahead with semisolid food
