Gayatri DawdaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello After completion of 6 months you can give complementary foods Start with fluids for 1nweek like rice water dal wateR Then add 1 or 2 new recipes like boiled apple, vegetable soup, mashed potatoes, mashed banana, papaya upma ragi porridge
