Q.

my baby was 6.135 kg at 3months and 11days and now he is 6.435kgs only 300gms weight gain..is there is any issue or problem..before this month his average weight gain was 1000gms per month..his birth weight was 3kgs..he is properly taking feed almost 800ml per day

A. this is absolutely fine. child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months and triples by one year. give only breastmilk till completion of six months.. there's nothing to worry about

A. Hi parent Usually around 300 gm of weight should increase per month. But don't worry much Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Mom should consume nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits. Mom should not.use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
