my baby was 4 month 26 days old. she's have lot of sweat in particularly back neck side bcos she's have long hair. so night time she's have lot of sweat problem and also small lumps in her shoulder and back neck side. any heat powder recommendable to my baby

Try giving hair wash regularly. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. If the problem persists consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
