my baby was 3 months old but her weight was not increased what should I do

Kindly observe that monthly weight gain expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight.
As the baby isnt gaining any gm of weight , then the feed does inidcate that the feed isnt enough , you can take support of formula milk ,
you need to breast feed so have to take healthy and filling diet
