My baby was 22 months old if we wear 22 months cloths it will be big for him now he will wear 12 months cloths what is reason

Maybe the physical growth of the child is not 22 month old child could be little less than that so you should check the height and health of the child as per the doctor what can be done about it and just try and include more of proteins in the diet of your child
