my baby was 2.8kg on birth reached 3.5 on first vaccination and 4.2kg on second vaccination .... her 3 doses are on 4th Sept mam

A. baby will be gaining around 20 to 25 grams per day in first 3 months of age afterwards the growth will be slow continue to feed the baby at frequent intervals
