my baby was 2.6 kg at the time of birth, now he is 3 years 11 months and weight is 19 to 20kgs, is he over weight????

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 19 to 20 kg is not overweight for 3 years 11 months old baby, but weight is on the higher side. Keep a close watch on the weight. Give homemade foods as much as possible. Avoid processed, packaged, junk and sugary foods. Encourage physical activities.
