Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in that diet. Good luck and take care.
