My baby vomits a lot not regularly but quite frequently what to do

Sometimes it could be indigestion or overfeeding so if it is not a problem that the child is vomiting all the time they need not worry about it seems like a completely normal thing doesn’t seem like a problem in case of vomiting you can give a basic medicine to control that
