my baby vomiting through nose and mouth after feeding, how can I prevent this issue

See now your child is two months complete so avoid the feeding every two hours feed the child only on demand and the kind of vomiting and issue that you are mentioning is common due to poor digestion as well as it with stomach reflux so that’s normal to be seen for initial six months so need not worry about it
