my 2m5 days baby girl sometimes ,she vomiting milk after brest feeding through mouth and nose why?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. okay no problem ty. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe
