my baby vomit after every breastfeed and formula feed... do i need to change my diet? please brief about the food intake

Namaste Mom, Though a little bit of vomit is quite common , it occurs due to reflux action , but if the milk is quite a lot as in the whole feed that the baby is been taking then it ia a cause of concern. take easy to digest foods , have regular food , mild on spicness , fried foods , gas forming foods to be avoided
