my baby upper jaw is very painful due to eat excess candy choclates all the teeths are destroy what can I do some time pain is very excess I do only ibugesic it is safe for his

A. Hello mom no .. the child need to taken to a dentist .. the pain can highly be related to the teeth issue he is having . Also please control as to what he is consuming
