my baby took 14 weeks vaccination on Wednesday. now there is a hardness on her leg. she is moving the leg. is there any problem? what should I do to remove the hardness on her leg.

A. after taking the DPT vaccine there will be pain swelling sometimes that can be a lump formation which may continue for 3 to 4 weeks no need to worry unless there is pain and fever
