My baby throws up everytime he travels in a car even for short distance like 10-15 km. On a long journey he throws up(vomit) multiple times. This has started from last 6 months. Although he vomits he never cries or there is no reduction in his activity levels. what could be the reason or how can we get over this? we would like to make memories with him while traveling but due to this we stopped taking him out.
