my baby tarah is 1 year 3 months old she is having fever and the temperature is around 104 deg F. is dolo 65 drops recommended at this time? if so how many ml should be given?

A. what is the power of paracetamol medicine you are having as well as what is the weight of the child and accordingly will be able to tell the dosage of medicine

A. the dosage of paracetamol is given according to the power of paracetamol as well as according to the weight of paracetamol and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day
