Q.

My son had fever last night 101°F. While the temperature is in control now, what paracetamol drops, frequency and dosage is recommended to keep in check? Thanks!

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/xkg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours dif fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
