AnusrithaMom of a 1 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. I think it’s normal but rule out the actual reason by consulting a doctor
Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract.
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.f
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity afs well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .

Maybe your child is genuinely suffering with cold and congestion and probably which is why this could be happening further more I would recommend you to kindly consult your paediatrician regarding the situation situation and further medication can be suggested on that basis only
