A. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops in the nosge followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently
steam inhalation will also be helpful in this case
if there are any conducted sounds or wheezing and the baby is not able to feed then you need to take an opinion from your pediatrician if any further treatment is required for this.
