Q.
My baby sleeps for 4 to 5 hours at night without feeding.. He is 2 months 10 days old..Before night sleep he will have continue 45 minutes of feeding..Is that OK? or should I wake him and feed during night? Day time is will having feed for every 2 hours..Weight is normal.. 6 kg.. birth weight was 2.9 kg.. height is 61cm

It’s completely alright a lot of kids sleep like this through the night and there is no issue in that that is a good sign that your child is comfortable with the feed that you have given which is why they are sleeping so comfortably so there’s no need to do anything this is a natural thing
