my daughter is 4 months old now. by this time she sleeps for good 4-5 hours at night. my question is - is it fine if I don't disturb her sleep for feeding to follow feeding in every 2-3 hours ?

A. yes if baby sleeps well then nothing to worry about feeding etc baby sleep as baby sleeps when their tummy is full . and if you see baby is taking long hours sleep then you can feed baby in middle of her sleep however some babies take feed in sleeping also its common .
