my baby sleeps continuously for 6hrs at night without feeding. since im not feeding her for 6 hrs my breasts are tight. what shall i do. plz help me

Hello,you need to feed your baby in every two to three hours no matter if baby is sleeping as babies in sleep also breast-feed and it's important to feed baby in proper time interval,and don't do this by not feeding your baby for such a long time ,as it's not good for babies health.
