Q.

sometimes my baby feeds for 1/2 hr and goes to sleep.. sometimes she keeps on feeding for 3-4 hrs continuously... it is very tiring she hardly sleeps for 6-7 hrs during day and 5-6hrs during night

A. The baby might be cluster feeding as of now and because of that there could be sleep regression as well. It usually last for a couple of days and then the baby should get back to normal.
