Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. for baby acne (pimples) avoid using any cosmetics keep that area clean. keep your child well hydrated. you can apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it maintain good hygiene

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi babies skin color depends on their genetic and environment. so it keeps changing over period naturally. please don't take much stress for this. just dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. give Massage to your child daily. keep your child hydrated maintain good hygiene.
