Where has the skin burn so you can apply Boroline as of now and if it is like a burnt bone kind of a situation then you can put some ice cube on that area and then you can apply silver X ointment and please get a evaluated with your doctor a doctor is too small and dettol does not I think there may be some other reason behind it
