A. severe pus infection. more detailed information and also a proper examination can make sure if this is of concern or not so I would hence advise to do the need ful for the same .

A. dear it seems fungal infection visit the doctor and get checked properly and then accordingly treatment maintain hygiene you can use lacto calamine lotion or candid cream on rashes
