Q.

my baby she is 4 month old.. my breast milk isn't sufficient for her.. she'll nt drink formula milk also.. what can I do

A. you should have healthy diet to ensure sufficient milk supply. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules daily

A. Hello dear parent, if your baby is able to urinate 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated. You should eat right and healthy diet. Drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Add jeera in your diet. If you still problem then you can give formula milk #
