#AskTheExpert my baby is 2 month preterm old baby....i am nt getting sufficient amount of breast milk,in day tym he sleep more it's vry difficult t feed breastmilk, wen he awake he takes breast feeding good, in nyt tym he takes breastfeeding wen he didn't get sufficient milk he vl cry n if v gve formula milk through paladai he dnt lyk t tk drink so plz suggest ne wt t do

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.z if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool freqzuency of the child
