My baby's weight at birth was 3KG. she's 14 months old now and her weight is still just 7.5KGs. She eats very well and is very active. What could be the reason?

Can we just go by the birth child should have been at least 9 kg by completing the age of 12 months currently a child is quite underweight of child is not even met the standards for a one year old child despite of being active weight does a very important role so please consult your doctor for that
