#asktheexperts My baby s birth weight 3kg, he is turning 1y on 18th but his weight hasn't tripled but is at 8.4kg. Is it normal? Also what should I do to help gain weight

It happens sometimes the child cannot reach three times of the birth any visit is said that should be three times of the birth weight or 10 kg whatever is on the higher side so I would recommend you to include more of proteins where you can give veg proteins egg chicken and fish for good weight gain and growth
