Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it can be because of iron supplements sometimes can be the cause of fungal infection if you are not giving any iron better to consult a doctor for advice in this regard

Could Any iron supplement that you are giving to the child along with feeding because a lot of kids are recommended to have iron supplement and vitamin D supplement from the time of their boat if you’re giving any supplement to the child it could possibly be because of that
