my baby 's poop is of black color ,not continously but this is the second time I am noticing it.Should I be worried.,and what's the reason behind it??

Yea Most commonly iron supplement because if you’re giving any iron supplement to the child we have seen a lot of times his passing black coloured motion because I don’t change the colour of the motion to black and that’s with kids and adults everybody will probably be the reason
